Submission Guidelines:

These listings are for United Way Community Partner Agencies only. Other organizations may post volunteer events to the Community Calendar .
Please include at least one descriptive paragrah about the volunteer opportunity. There is no length limit.
- Include any skills/ traits necessary
- Include time commitment (days, hours, months, ect.)
- Include description of the environment (outdoor/ indoor)
Include contact information at your agency for interested parties to register with you.
You may include photos at .jpg attachments to your email. Images embedded in e-mail will not be posted. (File format other than .jpg, such as Microsoft Word or Publisher documents, will not be posted.)

When any important change occurs, we need to know about it in order to maintain current mailing lists and up-to-date records for your agency. (Important Changes include: Change of Agency Legal Name, d/b/a Name, Street Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, Website, Executive Director, Board Chair / President, or other important change that affects your relationship with the UWSHR such as: change of agency mission, program services, merger, etc.)

Community Partner Logos

Identify your organization as a United Way Community Partner.

Please choose a logo appropriate to your circumstances in the following order of preference:

Community Partner Logo

1st choice: CMYK version, for full-color print applications only.
2nd choice: K version, for black and white halftone print applications only.
3rd choice: spec_white version, if neither full color nor black are being used, please use this all white logo.

Community Partner Tagline

1st choice: CMYK version, for full color print applications only.
2nd choice: K version, for black and white print applications only.
3rd choice: white version, for reversing out of another color.
